I received a lovely room upgrade unexpectedly. the hotel has great placement. A quiet and peaceful stay happened. the check in and out processes are efficient. i have nothing but positive feedback.
from the description, i found the stay a little disappointing given its cost. i paid a lot for the nights and a normal premier inn might have been better. our junior suite felt cramped, despite a large tv i did not use.

The room had a useful kitchenette. It helped greatly during my trip. The equipment included necessary items. It was convenient to have a comfortable bed as well.
The window let in noise and wind. It could have been better. Mailing a forgotten item took a long time. Communication was slow, especially with replies.

The location was super. It was only a short walk to the center. I had fresh towels every day.
The window was old, and it let in noise. It also let in wind. The process to get my item mailed back took forever.
